Purchasing Professional
We will be offering a three day course that will focus on the real world challenges of developing a buying strategy that maximizes profits, satisfies vendors, and achieves conservative turns. You will learn in this course how to analyze market demand by size and how to acheive desired coverage goals. You will work hands on in developing product screens that meet customers expectations and minimize inventory expense.
Store Management
In this course we will work to teach you the value of understanding your competition, developing sales strategies based on that understanding, and getting buy-in from your sales staff to execute best practice tactics every day. We will also work on tracking key indicators that measure progress towards your goals. All attendees in this course will fully analyze their markets, work with our professionals to develop a unique sales strategy, and go away with a complete understanding of what is required to grow sales and profits even when faced with the best of competitors.
In-Store Sales
In this course we will focus on developing professional phone skills, analyzing competition, creating a unique multi-step sales strategy for your store, and basic tire construction knowledge so that you are able to convey confidence with every recommendation.
Outside Sales Professional
This unique course will focus on giving you a complete understanding of market analysis, understanding customer requirements, building and developing market structures that pull product through. We will also introduce you to fact based leveraged selling. This is a system that we created that utilizes market statistics to highlight potentials, leverages, and profitability to influnce a client. Lastly we will focus on the strategy of selling product positions that are valuable in the marketplace versus focusing on tire brands and type. On the completion of this course, all students will have a unique understanding of what it takes to be a professional outside salesperson and develop new markets to their fullest potential.
We will offer any of these courses in your market or students can come to our Portland, Maine facilities. A schedule of courses will be posted soon. All courses are $500 per student and will run Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
